Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Welcome in. By using US Paycheck Calculator you agree to these few, simple terms. We have written them the way we would explain them across a table — no traps, no fine-print tricks.
The calculators are free
Every calculator on this site is free to use, as often as you like, for personal or work purposes. There is no account, no trial period and no paid version waiting behind a curtain.
Results are estimates — good ones, but estimates
We build our calculations from published 2026 tax rates and check them carefully, and for most straightforward salaries the result will be very close to a real pay stub. Still, a result here is an estimate for planning and understanding — it is not tax advice, payroll processing, or a substitute for the IRS, your state tax department, or a qualified tax professional. Your employer and the tax authorities have the final word on what is withheld and what you owe, and we cannot be responsible for decisions made solely from an estimate here.
Please use the site kindly
Do not try to break, overload, scrape at abusive speed, or misrepresent this site or its results as official government figures. If you share a result, share it as what it is — an estimate from us.
Things change
Tax law changes — sometimes mid-year. When it does, we update our rates as quickly as we can and note the change. We may also update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will tell you when. If a change ever matters to you and you are unsure, ask us at hello@uspaycheckcalculator.site.
Thank you for being here. We hope the numbers treat you well.
